2015 Mangos fashion colours. How did Creations Couleurs get into launching a spot on colour look, based on a natural theme.
Back in time mid 2009, quite a few of our colourist formulators were alarming us to the lack of novelty from the 3 main purveyes of pearl pigments. The market place was being invaded by low quality pearls from Asia, and the two main ex. leaders were reducing their colour referends by the dozen every year.
We were at Creations Couleurs not going to copy as our Asian friends me too colours. We owe to our colourist friends to came up with new and very different. I remembered my first organic colours from 1988. And we looked at colour to colour this time time.
Back in 1988 Micapoly range was the 1st range of the matt mica and pigment and organic colours. To this day may stay the best matt look ever. Copied by all, but never equelled in softness and vibrating of colour.
Fast forward to 2010 and the first Creastar® we desided to work normal priced synthetic mica iridescent colours and high shine boro-silicates. We were going to create Primary colours (use of only one dye FDA lot) to the new amazing Intensive colours (use of the several dyes FDA certified lots).
The Creastar® Primary and Creastar® Intense soon represent a new palette of our 700 colours. The colours would either sublime the base iridescent hue or radicalize it to bring unseen colours till then.
2012 was the first time we all decided to launch a fashion colour look based on a natural theme. Mangos have a huge array of shades on the outer skin. The inner flesh was a palette of oranges. And the kernel a vibrant ivory.
Mangos are simply the ninth most eaten fruit. (Bananas is No 1.) But they grow in the exotic tropical areas of the world. And everybody argues about the best is from their land, their area, their background. Just like colours. Very subjective.
We have created 19 colours which include a couple of aubergine Creastar® Electrum (electrum are based on precious metal coatings of either silver, palladium or gold).
The colour range from Sunstone to Green Vert Intense N°1. Our formulations to show off there new vibrant, intensive inspired colours are a new delight to touch, feel and apply. Mango 2015 fashion colours, simply a “new look” for make-up colour fashion
